Choose a BOI parking option for the whole trip

Boise Airport offers an Economy Lot, a Long-Term Surface lot and two long-term garage options. The airport’s lowest published daily parking rate is $12 in the Economy Lot, checked 23 October 2026. A shuttle journey is part of that option; the close-in facilities offer a different balance of cost and terminal access.

Off-airport parking reserved through On Air Parking is another choice. The current Boise parking-only listing is at Holiday Inn Express Boise–University Area. A reservation for that property does not reserve a space in an airport-operated lot. Use the official BOI parking comparison to understand the airport options, then request a quote for your dates.

Compare the complete weekly parking cost

For a week or more away, small differences in the daily price can become significant. Compare the complete amount for the same arrival and collection times. Include compulsory booking charges, taxes, transfer charges and any extra parking that may become payable if you collect the car late.

The three-, seven- and fourteen-day cost examples explain the airport’s published rates. They are useful planning comparisons, not quotes. Private offers may have minimum stays or different charging rules. Check the final total and cancellation terms before paying.

A return flight’s landing time is not your car collection time. Allow for disembarking, checked luggage and the journey from the terminal to the facility when entering the end of your reservation.

Weigh the parking setting and transfer

Decide how much you value covered parking, a shorter walk or a lower overall cost. Check a garage’s current clearance before driving a tall vehicle or carrying a roof box. For any private listing, read the description of the actual parking space; a hotel building in a photograph does not mean that the parking is covered.

The current Holiday Inn Express parking-only offer describes uncovered self parking. Keep your confirmation and any parking instructions available when you arrive, and use the property address supplied for your booking.

Check both airport transfers before booking

The private parking-only listing currently advertises an on-request shuttle between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., with a separate charge. That timetable needs to cover both your outbound flight and your return. Do not assume an early departure or delayed late-night arrival will be served.

Check the transfer charge in the live offer, how to request the vehicle and the return pickup point. If another transfer will be needed, include its cost in your comparison. The airport’s Economy Lot has its own shuttle arrangements; follow the instructions for the facility where your car is actually parked.

Make the return journey easier

Before leaving the vehicle, save a photograph of your parking position and keep the booking reference, provider contact details and return instructions together. If plans change, ask the provider how an extension affects the parking charge and the shuttle.

Travelers who need an accessible vehicle should confirm the exact transfer arrangement before booking. An accessible parking space alone does not establish that a shuttle can accommodate a wheelchair. Compare the BOI accessibility information and the selected facility’s equipment.

Check permission for extended stays

For airport-operated parking longer than 30 days, Boise Airport asks travelers to contact The Car Park on 208-343-8761. Private facilities set their own maximum stay and extension conditions. If you need a room as well as parking, compare a specific Boise Park Sleep & Fly package; an ordinary hotel room does not automatically include parking while you are away.
